A co-worker is riding in this race across the country on what they call a "fixie" - meaning fixed gear bicycle, as in direct drive. No changing to a lower gear when riding up mountians, no coasting going down hill. This is some serious extreme biking. Team Adventures for the Cure (402) is 2/3 of the way and due in to Annapolis, MD sometime Wednesday afternoon. We are in total awe of these guys.

Baby Blues

Technically, this was a mistake, but no harm done. Our first brood of EABL babies. Sooooo cute. I should not have opened the box at this stage, but they did not move.

Oh no!
